Who I am, what I do.

My name is Lula, I am disabled from birth, but also a self-publishing author since 2016 and a mother since 2020. I have published four books:

• A double collection, Reveries & Paranoia .
  The first part of this collection is mainly based on the universe of Alice in Wonderland by Lewis Carroll, but not only. Word games are king here. The second part is much darker, introspective and semi-autobiographical.
   

• A novel, On the Wire .
  We follow the adventures of Maggie, a young lesbian writer and her father, Johann, interned in a psychiatric hospital. He is constantly accompanied by Sam, a young man who takes pleasure in torturing him. Maggie meets Léonie, an old lady she meets in a retirement home, who hardly speaks anymore. However, Maggie takes a liking to the latter, until discovering her secret.
   

• My autobiography, Emma // Lula .
  In this book, my story is told. My birth troubles, my disability, but also stories about tattoos, scars, blood ties... If you want to know more about me, this book is for you!
   

• A double collection, Divagations of an author, Tribulations of a handimaman .
  I wrote this book during the first Covid lockdown. Some time later, I got pregnant with my daughter, Alice. This collection is therefore above all a gift for her, a summary of my pregnancy but also before, and texts based on the first year of my Princess. This book is for all mothers, whether they are disabled or not.
  
   

I also write on my blog , where I tell you about my life as an author of course, but also about my life as a disabled mother, my crushes, my rants, we also talk about reading and drawing cards. 'Oracle...
